Order Cancellation & Changes Policy
Effective date: July 30, 2026
Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be canceled or changed.
1. Requests are not guaranteed
Production may begin shortly after an order is received. We will try to honor a cancellation, address correction, quantity change, or personalization change if the request is received before production or fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee it.
2. Personalized orders
Once production of a personalized item has started, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed. Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, capitalization, colors, sizes, photographs, and other personalization details before submitting the order.
3. Orders already shipped
An order cannot be canceled after it ships. If a shipped non-personalized item qualifies for return, the Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
4. Cancellations by Vivanta Love
We may cancel or refuse an order because of suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, prohibited content, technical problems, or an inability to fulfill the requested personalization. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item.
